Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance user experience, optimize product functionality, and drive strategic decision-making. You will play a crucial role in data exploration, performance tracking, and experimentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven product development.

• Data Exploration: Dive deep into user behavior patterns and product performance metrics using advanced analytics platforms.
• Insight Generation: Transform complex data into actionable insights to guide product strategy and feature development.
• Experimentation: Spearhead A/B testing initiatives to optimize user experience and product functionality.
• Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to monitor crucial product and business metrics.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align data insights with business objectives.
• User-Centric Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of user feedback and behavior to inform product enhancements.
• Feature Validation: Collaborate with product managers to ensure accurate data collection for new feature rollouts.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in product analytics or related data-driven roles
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Expertise in product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences
• Sharp analytical mindset with a passion for solving intricate problems
• Experience with machine learning and AI applications is a plus
